It's been a wet year thus far! It seems like we've been
raining for two months now. We've been super lucky that most of
the rain has been coming down over night, making sleep very, very cozy.
Being from LA, I'm always water conscious and worried about
drought. So all this rain and snow in our local mountains have
been very good. In fact, the local mountains have become very
green.
2017 is off to a crazy, buzy start. Happy be-lated Chinese New Year. This is the
year of the Rooster
and although the year of the Monkey is behind us, things are still
plenty crazy. I don't know if it's the wet weather or the wet
political climate, but my mind has not been very motivated to blog.
Given all that's been going on in the media, I've been overfilled
with too much negativity. But my biggest fear is the nagging
feeling that another world war is overdue, almost like "The Big One"
earthquake that always loom over California. Hopefully, now that
I've written my fear down, it will not be realized. So for now,
the thing that calms me is looking at beautiful pictures of Saturn
taken most recently by the
Cassini spacecraft. Take a look at the incredible details of the ring structure. It is truly amazing.
