Here we are, immediately after our vows.  Kim did a wonderful job of making our cake topper (see blog below) look like us!

We're still awaiting for pictures from our photographers.  But our family and friends have all been kind enough to send us pictures they've taken at our wedding.  So we've gotten a chance to get a first look of the day that was quite a blur to me.  I had a vision of many details at the wedding which I ended up not having any control over.  Being trapped in a makeup chair for two hours kind of made me unavailable to decorate the reception hall and the ceremony site.  However, I have some amazing friends who helped made it all beautiful for me.  So these "family and friend pictures" are giving me a chance to look closely at the details they've taken care of for me.

Another thing I realized from looking at wedding pictures is how many kids under the age of 5 we had at the wedding!  I believe there were a total of 11 kids, most under the age of 5.  However, not one child cried during the entire day.  I credit this to my MOH who gave me the idea of having a kid's activity room at the wedding.  She even loan us a dvd player to keep the kiddies happy.

We just got back from our 2-week honeymoon in Italy.  I'm pretty much over the jet lag.  Mr. BAW, however, is having a tougher time at it.  But we had a glorious time in Italy.  Between the two of us, we took over 1,000 pictures!  So needless to say, there's tons to be sorted out.  It took us a couple of days to just unpack our luggage.

It's going to be a few more months before our lives can get back to normal.  We still have some wedding-related items to take care of.  Oh, and don't forget the thank-you notes.  More to come...in a bit more time. :-)

We're hitched!  It was quite a long day filled with events.  We barely had time to see our friends and family.  We barely ate and I didn't even see the cake until we went to cut it.  I didn't even see our dessert buffet which we were so excited about.  But all of our guests loved the desserts and that was the important part.

Here's our cake topper!  It was made especially for us by my good friend Kim.  Guests couldn't stop asking me about it.  They especially loved the little Toby with a bow tie.  I think she should go into the personalized cake topper business!

Well the wedding was the time of our lives.  After a year of planning, it was everything I could've asked for.  Luckily I had picked some wonderful vendors to make it all happen.
