MOVING FORWARD
Wow, I can't believe that January is over! Each year, I dread January, the year always seem so daunting and long. With Mr. BAW still recovering from knee surgery, I was the sole driver of our family. In addition to our normal kids' school and activities, I would also have to drive Mr. BAW to all of his doctor's and PT appointments. I also have to walk Kepler twice everyday, with Buzz helping to walk him in the afternoon on weekends. So life has been busy, to say the least. But alas, there is a ray of light breaking through...Mr. BAW is ready to drive again!! It'll be a much longer while until he can walk Kepler but being able to drive will be a HUGE help.
Of course all the business makes me miss our trip to London even more! Luckily, I have one more set of pictures from our trip to share. This set of pictures are from our last full day in London, western London to be precise. We saved all the very touristy locales for the last day. Sadly, we did not have time to see some major site that I definitely want to go back for. We did not get to see Westminster Abbey and The National Gallery. Both are worth going back to London for! We did make it to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the Parliament Square. All of the places were very close to each other and very convenient to get to via the Underground and buses. The kids absolutely loved taking the double deckers. We also spent some time shopping at Covent Gardens. Our cousin's daughter played hooky for a day so she could play tourist with us and spend some quality cousins time with Ahgoo. The two girls had a wonderful time shopping at Covent Gardens. Lastly, one of the highlights of our trip to London was visiting our cousins and Tiny, their adorable Corgi!!! He was such a great host and we all LOVED him. I LOVED London, it was clean, safe, beautiful, and super easy to navigate, of course English made things super easy. Until next time London!!!
